The Empire 610mm POLYCAST® I-Beam Levels delivers unrivalled strength to weight ratio thanks to its patented POLYCAST material & traditional I-Beam Shape.
The patented POLYCAST® material is a high-density composite material which is ultra-lightweight, durable and non-marring meaning it won’t leave any marks on surfaces. It is as durable as it is flexible & will never break under normal use. POLYCAST is also weather resistant, resists warping and will return to its original shape after being flexed.
The I-Beam shape itself is arguably the strongest load bearing shape & often used in construction for support beams. Empire has combined the POLYCAST material & this I-BEAM shape for maximum strength to weight ratio, delivering unrivalled strength, while maintaining its ultra-lightweight profile.
The 3 x impact resistant acrylic monoband vials resist breaking, fogging, fading, and leaking for extra durability & longevity. For more accurate measurements of surfaces and materials, the frame includes a measuring scale in metric and imperial units. The ergonomic grip zones greatly improve comfort, control, handling & transport on and off the job site.
